न्‍यूयॉर्क – एप्रिल २, २०२४ – जीई ऐरोस्‍पेसने (NYSE: GE) आज जीई वर्नोवा स्‍पिन-ऑफच्‍या पूर्ततेनंतर विमान सेवेच्‍या भविष्‍याला नव्‍या उंचीवर घेऊन जाणाऱ्या स्‍वतंत्र पब्लिक कंपनीच्‍या अधिकृत लाँचची घोषणा केली. जीई ऐरोस्‍पेस टिकर ‘जीई‘ अंतर्गत न्‍यूयॉर्क स्‍टॉक एक्‍स्‍चेंज (एनवायएसई) मध्ये ट्रेडिंग करणार आहे. आज २ एप्रिल २०२४ रोजी ईटी प्रमाणवेळेनुसार सकाळी ९.३० वाजता जीई ऐरोस्‍पेस आणि जीई वर्नोवा एकत्रित एनवायएसई येथे ओपनिंग बेल वाजवणार आहेत.
जीई ऐरोस्‍पेसचे अध्‍यक्ष व मुख्‍य कार्यकारी अधिकारी एच. लॉरेन्‍स कल्‍प ज्‍युनिअर म्‍हणाले, ”तीन स्‍वतंत्र, पब्लिक कंपन्‍यांचे यशस्‍वी लाँच पूर्ण होण्‍यासह आजचा क्षण जीईच्‍या बहुवार्षिक परिवर्तनामधील ऐतिहासिक अंतिम टप्‍पा आहे. मला हा महत्त्वपूर्ण टप्‍पा संपादित करणाऱ्या आमच्‍या टीमचा, तसेच त्‍यांची कटिबद्धता व समर्पिततेचा अभिमान वाटतो.”

प्रत्‍यक्ष वापरात असणारे जवळपास ४४,००० व्‍यावसायिक इंजिन्‍स आणि जगभरात जवळपास २६,००० मिलिटरी व डिफेन्‍स इंजिन्‍ससह जीई एरोस्‍पेस प्रोपल्‍शन, सर्विेसेस् व सिस्‍टम्‍समधील जागतिक अग्रणी कंपनी म्‍हणून लाँच करण्‍यात आली आहे. कंपनीने २०२३ मध्ये अॅडजस्‍टेड रेव्‍हेन्‍यूमध्‍ये* जवळपास ३२ बिलियन डॉलर्स महसूल निर्माण केला, ज्‍यापैकी ७० टक्‍के महसूल इंजिन आफ्टरमार्केटच्‍या सेवा आणि प्रबळ अर्थव्‍यवस्‍थेने निर्माण केला.
कंपनीच्‍या मार्चमधील इन्‍व्‍हेस्टर डेमध्‍ये जीई ऐरोस्‍पेसने आपल्‍या २०२४ मार्गदर्शनाची पुष्‍टी दिली आणि दीर्घकालीन आर्थिक आऊटलुकला सादर केले, ज्‍यामध्‍ये कंपनीला २०२८ पर्यंत कार्यसंचालनामधून मिळणारा नफा*१० बिलियन डॉलर्सपर्यंत पोहोचण्‍याची अपेक्षा आहे. तसेच, जीई ऐरोस्‍पेसने विकास व नाविन्‍यतेमध्‍ये गुंतवणूक करण्यासाठी भांडवल वाटप फ्रेमवर्क देखील सांगितला, ज्‍याअंतर्गत भागधारकांना उपलब्‍ध निधींमधून जवळपास ७० ते ७५ टक्‍के परतफेड करण्‍यात येईल.
